
Terms and Conditions
I know, terms and conditions are stupid. But please read them before you get a tattoo so that you get important information and no misunderstandings arise 😊
1.0 FUNDAMENTALS
1.1 I only tattoo people who are 18 years or older.
1.2 I do not tattoo people who are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
1.3 I reserve the right to refuse customers without justification.
1.4 Clients are obliged to inform me of any allergies, medications or illnesses prior to making an appointment (e.g. HIV, hepatitis, epilepsy, etc.).
1.5 Children under 16 years of age are generally prohibited from entering the studio.
1.6 For hygiene reasons, animals, including therapy dogs, etc., are not allowed to enter the tattoo rooms or be left unattended in other rooms or outside the studio.
2.0 APPOINTMENT ARRANGEMENT
2.1 Appointments can be scheduled using my form. All important information (especially allergies, scars, or similar) must be provided via the form or by email.
3.0 DEPOSIT
3.1 To reserve an appointment, a deposit is required, which must be paid within 7 days of the appointment being made in cash or by bank transfer to the following details:

Purpose: "Tattoo appointment deposit" + customer name, if different from the account holder)
The deposit is 50€
3.2 If I do not receive payment within these 7 days, the reservation will expire and a new date must be agreed upon.
3.3 A deposit is only required for the first appointment. For subsequent appointments, the deposit will be transferred and credited to the final appointment.
3.4 The deposit is non-refundable and will be retained in case of cancellation to cover the costs already incurred (consultation, preparation, keeping the appointment free for other customers).
3.5 The deposit will be forfeited in the following cases:
- if the appointment is not or cannot be kept without prior cancellation. This also includes
- Appearing in a condition (ill, under the influence of alcohol/drugs/medication) in which the customer cannot be tattooed.
- if no new appointment has been arranged within 30 days of cancellation.
- if there are more than 60 days between two follow-up appointments.
4.0 PRICES
4.1 Prices for tattoos are always individual and depend on the following criteria, among others: motif, size, colour, body location, alterations, etc.
4.2 Payment for the tattoo takes place after the session and can be made in cash, by card or via online banking.
4.3 Re-tattoo appointments within 3 months are free of charge. After 3 months, a material fee of €30 is due. If the tattoo requires re-tattooing due to improper or insufficient care, the full price for the required labor will be charged.
5.0 DRAWINGS / DESIGNS
5.1 I only engrave my own designs. You are welcome to bring templates for inspiration and reference.
5.2. Drawings are typically created during the week of the appointment or together with the client on the day of the appointment. Earlier completion of the drawing is only possible for an additional charge.
5.3 Tattoo templates are my property and may only be used or taken away after consultation.
5.4 Unless the client explicitly objects when making the appointment, I reserve the right to use the drawings created for the client for other purposes (e.g., for printing on merchandise). Individual designs will, of course, only be tattooed once (except for WannaDos, which are declared as having been tattooed multiple times).
6.0 CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENT
6.1 Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment without forfeiting the deposit.
6.2. A new appointment can be arranged within one month of the cancellation. After this period, the deposit will be forfeited and must be paid again. Cash payment of the deposit is generally not possible.
6.3 In case of cancellation on the day of the appointment, we reserve the right to request the full amount in advance as a deposit when rescheduling the appointment.

7.0 OTHER SERVICES AND INFORMATION
7.1 Only sterile disposable needles and handles are used for tattooing.
7.2 Information about aftercare and aftercare instructions will be provided at the appointment. I am available at any time for any questions or concerns.
7.4 No liability is accepted for subsequent problems caused by, for example, incorrect care, ointment or lack of sun protection, etc.
7.5 In rare cases, health problems such as allergies may occur.
7.6 In certain cases, the tattoo may deviate from the original. For example, due to skin texture, a cover-up, or if the client cannot be guaranteed to sit still.
7.7 No liability is assumed for any harm caused to customers as a result of providing insufficient information. This applies in particular (but not exclusively) to physical conditions, medical/drug conditions, or post-tattooing activities.
7.8 No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage to client belongings brought into the studio.
7.9 Customers are required to behave appropriately while visiting the studio. Failure to do so may result in a warning. The team reserves the right to remove customers from the studio for inappropriate behavior and, if necessary, issue a ban from the premises.
7.10 Upon conclusion of the contract, customers agree to the General Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, customers waive any claims for damages and/or other costs incurred against the tattoo studio, the tattoo artists, and suppliers in the event of any complications.
