Here is my workplace! I tattoo in the beautiful studio Katzengold in Ratingen. As a rule, I only have one customer a day - so I have a lot of time for you!

How does a tattoo appointment work with you?

Once you have arrived well rested, we will discuss any questions you may have regarding the design and the part of your body that is to be tattooed. You will then fill out a consent form that allows me to tattoo the desired motif into your skin. Allergies and other medical information will also be noted on this form. I will create a stencil of the motif, which will then be transferred to your skin, similar to a stick-on tattoo. If you are happy with the position, you make yourself comfortable on the couch and I will start tattooing. If necessary, we will take short breaks to go to the toilet or to have a drink.

Can I bring someone with me to the appointment?

You are welcome to bring ONE quiet person with you for moral support 🙂 Unfortunately, there is no room for more people. Tattooing also requires a lot of concentration and too much hustle and bustle makes it more difficult for me to work and the process more unpleasant for you. But: The studio is in the beautiful Ratingen city center, where you can stroll around or have a coffee. So drivers and hand-holders can stretch their legs in between 😉

Do you tattoo clients who are younger than 18 years old?

No, not at all. Not even with the consent or presence of the parents.

I have illness XY, can I still get a tattoo?

I have no medical training and cannot (and above all may not!) give any information on this. Please discuss your tattoo wishes with your doctor.

Can you tattoo over scars?

This is usually possible. The scars should heal in 2-3 years. It is best if I look at the affected area or you send me photos. Then we can discuss together what is possible.
